Simple Product lets you sell your products online, without the hassle of managing inventory. If you just want to sell a few of our wares, then Simple Product will allow you to do so. Adding any of the sample products below will bring you to a basket page, where you could potentially checkout and confirm your order. Purchases using Simple Product can be managed using our NetCheckout component, where orders are easily managed. NetCheckout is compatible with a few of the popular payment gateways including PayPal.
The best thing about using PayPal as a payment gateway with the Simple Product component is how easy it is for your customers to process thier orders. PayPal takes care of all the shipping details for you. The basket page sends custom written SKU's and variables automatically generated by SiteCM to be received by PayPal and be processed. If you are an advanced user you will know that PayPal requires these custom variables to handle the receipt of the order, which can be a lot of work. SiteCM's Simple Product and Basket page is already set up to send those variables to PayPal for processing. This makes each transaction secure and your store products easier to manage. Both the merchant and the customer each receive relevant information about their order via email once confirmed through the basket. This makes the whole process of selling online easy for you, the merchant, to manage.
Why go for an expensive Shopping Cart with a 3rd party, when SiteCM can deliver this functionality to your hands with one easy to use drop in application. Plus for further order management, Net Checkout is a terrific option to use as well.

This demonstration uses both the SiteCM Photo Gallery and Simple Product, working as a team. The Photo Gallery is displaying the alternate text of the images and that same alternate text is being used as attribute values under the attribute label called style. To set something like this example up for your website takes some forethought, but imagine the possibilities.
One of our good clients at www.southernridge.net uses this method on their website to sell all of their wares. Feel free to browse through their product pages to see some live examples.
